Nic

Nic has worked as a VA for many years, however, she has been in customer service since she was 17.

Helping people has always been her passion whether it was selling light fittings, arranging breakdown assistance, resolving energy queries or booking the next appointment.

Nic has 2 grown up Sons and enjoys using her spare time travelling in her campervan and walking 3 rescued Huskies.

Interesting fact - Nic has been on several main stages including Glastonbudget as a backing singer for an Erasure tribute band.

Vic

Vic (who is Nic's younger Sister) has worked for the majority of her career in the retail sector before joining CCVS.

Vic has enjoyed raising lots of money for charity over the years, and has participated in events ranging from a sky dive, to living as a homeless person on the streets for 24 hrs, and sitting in a bath of beans for 12 hours.

She has 2 daughters, Abby who is currently training to be a paramedic, and Louise who aspires to become an aerospace engineer.

Interesting fact - Vic enjoys taking pictures of the local nature in and around Cannock Chase, Staffordshire and has captured some stunning photos of the local fauna and flora.

Tim Harries

Tim brings a ton of experience in customer service and healthcare to his role at CCVS. His dedication and background have made him an essential part of our team, where he continues to excel and help us succeed.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Tim hanging out with his three dogs. They love hitting the beach or exploring the moors together—it's their favourite way to unwind.
